Lead Generation Manager
Wetelo is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building outreach campaigns, and generating qualified leads for our custom software development services.
We expect you to have:
— at least two years of experience in lead generation for software development services;
— English proficiency level should be at least Upper-Intermediate or higher, in both written and spoken forms;
— a deep understanding of web/mobile software development, SaaS, B2B and possess excellent research skills with a detail-oriented mindset;
— experience in building Ideal Customer Profiles and conducting research
— proficiency in using lead generation tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Linked Helper, Apollo, or their equivalents;
— a proven track record of writing catchy and high-converting sequence messages;
— expertise in executing successful LinkedIn outreach and multichannel outreach strategies;
— experience in lead generation through pre- and post-conference outreach.
It is nice to have:
— experience working with HubSpot CRM system;
— experience using document management tools such as Google Sheets;
— understanding of the software development process lifecycle.
Will be a plus:
— completed courses in Lead Generation.
Responsibilities:
— research target companies, decision-makers, and market segments;
— build and maintain lead lists based on ICPs;
— launch and optimize outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels;
— personalize messaging and test different outreach sequences;
— work closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality and smooth handoff;
— track campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
