IT Project Manager

Wetelo is a software development company building custom SaaS products since 2010. We partner with startups and growing businesses to design and develop scalable, business-driven products, taking full ownership from idea to long-term support.

Currently, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team and coordinate web and mobile projects in an outsourcing environment.

This role is ideal for someone with practical PM experience who is ready to manage several projects simultaneously and grow into a strong Project Manager.

Requirements:
— 1–2 years of commercial experience in IT project coordination or project management (web or mobile projects);
— Experience working on outsourcing projects;
— Experience managing 1–2 projects simultaneously;
— Experience participating in or coordinating projects launched from scratch (discovery, scope definition, backlog creation, initial planning);
 Upper-intermediate (B2+) or higher level of English (spoken and written);
— Experience communicating with international clients (Europe and/or the US);
— Understanding of engagement models (Time & Materials, Fixed Price, Dedicated Team, Support);
— Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and understanding of the project delivery lifecycle;
— Strong organizational and time-management skills;
— Attention to detail and proactive communication;
— Experience working with Jira (or similar tools) and reporting in Excel / Google Sheets.

Key responsibilities:
— Coordinate daily activities across 1–2 projects;
— Support project setup phase: discovery, initial backlog structuring, roadmap and sprint planning for new products;
— Track tasks, deadlines, and blockers in Jira;
— Participate in client and team calls, prepare meeting notes and status updates;
— Help maintain project documentation and requirements;
— Support sprint planning, demos, and reporting.
