Client Success Manager (IT Outsourcing/Outstaffing)

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to support our outstaff and delivery operations. This role involves communication with international clients, coordinating developers’ workloads, and helping with contract and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities:
— Be the main point of contact for assigned clients;
— Run regular client calls and status updates;
— Work with contracts and service agreements (renewals, changes, extensions);
— Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion (upselling) within existing projects;
— Prepare invoices and monitor payments;
— Maintain reports on developers’ working hours;
— Work with outstaff and support-based projects;
— Coordinate with PM, finance, and technical teams;
— Maintain positive, long-term client relationships built on trust and professional excellence.

Requirements:
— 6 months — 1 year of experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing;
— Experience communicating directly with international clients (EU/US);
— English level B2 or higher;
— Strong communication and client-facing skills with a focus on relationship building;
— Confidence working with numbers, financial data, and reports;
— Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets;
— Understanding of T&M and Fixed Price business models;
— High level of responsibility and extreme attention to detail;
— Ability to prioritize and manage several processes in parallel.
