Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to support our outstaff and delivery operations.
This role involves communication with international clients, coordinating developers’ workloads, and helping with contract and invoicing processes.
Responsibilities:
— Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts;
— Manage contracts and service agreements (renewals, scope changes, extensions);
— Work closely with PM to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction;
— Prepare and manage invoices, monitor payments, and support financial accuracy per account;
— Track and maintain reports on developers’ working hours and account utilization;
— Ensure high client satisfaction and retention across all assigned accounts.
Requirements:
— 6 months — 2 years of experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing (Client Success / similar role);
— Hands-on experience working directly with international clients (EU/US);
— English level B2 or higher (spoken and written);
— Confidence working with numbers, budgets, and financial reports;
— Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets;
— Understanding of T&M and Fixed Price engagement models;
— Ability to manage multiple accounts and parallel processes effectively.
