Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager who will own client relationships end-to-end — from contracts and invoicing to communication and long-term account development.
This role sits at the intersection of clients, delivery teams, and finance, and requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and confidence working with numbers.
Key Requirements:
— Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English proficiency;
— Strong confidence with numbers and reports;
— Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets;
— High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel processes;
— Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management skills;
— Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, PMs, and finance.
Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management:
— Act as the primary point of contact for clients;
— Build long-term, trust-based relationships;
— Schedule and conduct regular client calls (status updates, rate reviews, next steps).
Contracts & Finance:
— Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, fees, and service agreements;
— Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle and ensure proper documentation;
— Handle invoicing and monitor timely payments from clients.
Operations & Delivery Support:
— Track, prepare, and maintain reports on developers’ working hours;
— Support resource planning, including tracking developers’ allocation, utilization, and availability across projects;
— Work with outstaffing and support-based projects;
— Collect and analyze client feedback on developers’ performance;
— Coordinate with PMs and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
We would like you to have:
— At least 1 year of commercial experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry;
— Hands-on experience with IT outsourcing / outstaffing models;
— Proven experience communicating directly with international clients (Europe and/or the US);
— Strong multitasking skills with a high level of responsibility;
— Confidence in working with financial data, reports, and numbers.
